FlClash is very easy to use. Just a few steps to complete configuration and start enjoying a free internet. Here's a detailed guide.
Import Subscription Link
When using FlClash for the first time, you need to import the subscription link provided by your proxy service. FlClash offers two convenient import methods:
Method 1: One-click Import (Recommended)
This is the simplest method. Click the subscription link provided by your service in your browser or chat app, and the system will automatically launch FlClash to complete the import.
- Copy your subscription link from the service provider's website
- Open the link in your browser
- The system will prompt whether to open with FlClash, click "OK"
- FlClash will automatically import the node list
Method 2: Manual Copy Import
If one-click import fails, you can manually copy the link for import:
- Open FlClash and go to the "Configuration" page
- Click the "Add Configuration" button
- Select "URL Import" method
- Paste your subscription link
- Click "OK" and wait for the download to complete

Turn On the Switch to Start Using
After successfully importing the subscription, return to the FlClash homepage and you'll see a large toggle button. Click this button to enable the proxy service:
- Return to FlClash homepage
- Find the proxy switch on the page (usually at the top or center)
- Click the switch, when the status shows "Connected", the proxy is active
- You can now access Google, YouTube, GitHub and other websites normally
💡 Tip: When enabling the proxy for the first time, the system may request VPN permission (Android) or require a system password (macOS/Linux). Please allow it to use the app normally.
Select Node
FlClash supports multiple node selection methods, you can choose according to your needs:
Auto Select
By default, "Auto Select" mode is used. FlClash will automatically select the node with the lowest latency for you, suitable for most users.
Manual Selection
If you want to use a node from a specific region:
- Click the "Proxy" tab
- Browse the node list - nodes are usually grouped by region (Hong Kong, Japan, USA, etc.)
- Click the node you want, FlClash will automatically switch
Node Speed Test
Not sure which node is faster? Use FlClash's built-in latency test feature:
- On the proxy page, click the "Speed Test" button (lightning icon) in the top right
- FlClash will perform latency tests on all nodes
- Select the node with the lowest latency based on the results
Other Settings
Launch at Startup
For convenient daily use, it's recommended to enable the auto-start feature:
- Go to FlClash "Settings" page
- Find the "Launch at Startup" option
- Turn on the switch
System Proxy
FlClash supports system proxy mode. When enabled, it will automatically handle all system network traffic:
- Find the "System Proxy" option in settings
- Select proxy mode (recommended: "Rule Mode")
- Domestic websites will connect directly, foreign websites will use the proxy
Routing Rules
FlClash is built on the ClashMeta core and supports powerful routing rules. The default configuration already includes routing strategies for common rules, which usually meet usage requirements without additional configuration.
